How to Design and Order Custom Swag Tags
Creating your own custom swag tags is quick and easy. Follow this step-by-step guide to design, upload, and order your tags.
Step 1: Go to the Templates Page
Start by visiting the Templates page on Boostables. Here, you’ll find a variety of shapes including dog tags, circles, stars, ribbons, and more.
For this example, we’ll use the Star Tag template.
Step 2: Download and Open the Template
Download your selected template and open it in your preferred design tool, such as Canva or Photoshop.
Make sure to:
- Keep your design inside the safe area
- Avoid going past the bleed guides
This ensures your final tag prints perfectly.
Step 3: Export Your Design
Once your design is complete, export your file as a JPEG or PNG.
Important: Make sure to remove the template outline before saving your final design.
Step 4: Go to the Custom Product Page
Return to Boostables and navigate to the Custom section in the main menu.
This will take you to the custom product page where you can upload your design.
Step 5: Upload Your Artwork
Click the Upload button and select your finished design file.
You should now see your artwork ready for customization.
Step 6: Choose Backside Options (Optional)
If you’d like to include a backside, simply choose one of the available backside options.
Step 7: Request Design Help (Optional)
If you need help with your design, fill out the Design Requests or Edits box.
You can request:
- Text changes
- Layout adjustments
- Color updates
- Or a completely new design
You can also request a proof before production for review and approval.
Step 8: Review Pricing and Add to Cart
As you customize your tag, your price and savings update automatically.
Once everything looks good:
- Select your quantity
- Click Add to Cart
Step 9: Checkout
Follow the checkout steps:
- Enter your details
- Choose your shipping method
- Confirm your order
